  3. Initially, the chat would be automated; to skip that and get in touch with a Delta customer service live representative, simply type in 'Agent' or 'Representative' followed by a yes.

And now you can chat with the representative. If no one is immediately available, you don't need to worry; wait for a few minutes, and the agent will ping you on the app.

  • Visit the Delta site and log into your account. If you have the app, then open it and log in.
